Tisto jesen, pred par leti, ko zaradi onega virusa nismo smeli nikamor, sem - kot še na destine tisočev glasbenikov po vsem svetu - doma igral, ustvarjal, snemal glasbo. Vsedružbeno zaprtje nas je prisililo, da smo imeli čas za to. Sam sem sicer imel še tudi občutno bolj pozitiven navdih - risbo, ki zdaj krasi naslovnico tega albuma.

Vse pričujoče skladbe so nastajale sproti. Ene tako, da sem vedel - ali vsaj slutil - kam želim priti, vendar ne, kako bom do tja prišel, druge tako, da sem imel zamisel s katero sem začel, a nisem imel pojma, kam me bo to pripeljalo.

That autumn, a couple of years ago, when we were not allowed to go anywhere because of that virus, I - like thousands of other musicians all over the world - was at home playing, creating, recording music. The nation-wide closure forced us to have time for that. I had a much more positive inspiration myself - the drawing that now adorns the cover of this album.

All of the tracks here were written on the fly. Some of them I knew - or at least had a hunch - where I wanted to get to, but not how I was going to get there. Others I had an idea to start with, but had no idea where it would lead me.
